Skype is proving to be a problem again. The Sunday 07 May 2017 session will be
held in Salon 3,

If you do not have aqjehv2 in your Skype contacts, then please send a contact
request as soon as possible. This change is hoped to be temporary and the
Sunday 14 May coaching session is planned for salon-echec, but if this is not
possible than an announcement will be made similar to this one.
Please follow the instructions below to arrive in the correct host venue.

The host room, aqjehv2 is part of the open-aurec project in France. You must
enter the room yourself, there will not be a call to your Skype id. The
coaching will start at UTC 14:00, please enter the room about 5 minutes before
the start. For first-time participants, please try to enter salon-echec a day
or two before the session and report any problems if entry is blocked.
Important: When testing for entry to salon-echec remember the salon might be in
use, a game may be in progress. Please, remain silent if a game is in play.
