In case you are unsure, In this tournament, we connect via skype, we are
allowed to use a board, we simply conmmunicate our moves verbally to each
other as if we were playing face-to-face. There is usually a third-party
timekeeper/monitor to make sure that no one makes an illegal move, that the
positions remain synbchronized, and to keep time. However, either player can
keep time if both players and the TD agree. I believe time control on this
tournament is game/105. Each round runs for three weeks, so even the
unfortunate working stiffs among us have ample opportunity to get the game
scheduled.
