I have created a new podcast for all blind chess players called
The Dark Squares

There are now 3 episodes, with the first two being aimed at the beginning
player.
The third episode just dropped last night, and it goes over the basics of
liChess, how to get started with it, and how to enter moves, all that jazz.
I will be linking to Jose's liChess guide in the episode 3 show notes as
well, so players can download that straight from the podcast page if they
like.
I made this podcast to help share info with the blind chess community.
Future episodes will be airing interviews with members of the blind chess
community, going over strategy and tactics, giving updates on tournaments,
or whatever else the community would like to hear.
I would really like to get some feedback on the podcast from you all,
suggestions on how to improve, what info I have wrong, and where I can make
it better and more informative.
I have waited until this third episode to post about the podcast, because I
wanted a bit of substance in there, and didn't want folks thinking this was
gonna be a one and done kind of deal.
Just so everyone knows, there are no sponsors, I am doing this in my own
time, and will not be making a dime from it.
There is currently one promo for another blind centric podcast in each
episode near the end, but I am putting those in there for free, as several
blind podcasters are sharing promos to help get the word out about our
respective shows.
The point of The Dark Squares is to offer something to the community at
large, and to that end, community participation is needed to make the
podcast work.
If you have never tried podcasts before, there is a world of education and
entertainment out there to be tapped.
You can get podcasts on your computer, your phone, or your digital
assistant.
On most devices, such as Alexa, simply say:
Play The Dark Squares on apple podcasts
And it will play the latest episode that you haven't already played, it is
a super slick system.
I listen to most of my podcasts on my iPhone with an app called Castro, but
there are lots of app choices for smart phones, I think the most popular are
Castro and Downcast.
Anyhow, please check The Dark Squares out, and let me know what I can do to
improve it, what you would like to hear in future episodes, and any
