What is the best way to celebrate World Migratory Bird Day?  Go birding
with your Audubon friends!  Here is the schedule for the day:

*8 AM* Upper Iowa Audubon member and volunteer, Dennis Kirschbaum, will
lead a bird walk at  La Rivière Park in Prairie du Chien, WI.
*10 AM* Dennis will lead a walk at Effigy Mounds.
*1 PM* meet Phil Specht at the Pleasant Ridge Bird Sanctuary for a pasture
walk and observe the Bobolinks that are nesting in the pasture.
*All Day * "Birding for Boblinks Walk" at the Pearlmakers Holstein Farm
Inc. (Phil Specht Family Farm), 28304 Pleasant Ridge Road, McGregor and the
Prairie Quest Farm (Mary Damm Farm) 12082 Iris Ave, McGregor.
*4 - 8 PM* there will be a "come and go" gathering at the Wetland Centre in
Marquette. Birders will be encouraged to share their species lists, as the
Iris Ave location is being considered for further designation.
*5-7 PM* Musical entertainment will be provided by Sophia Landis.
Refreshments and sandwiches will be furnished at a potluck.
