Hi Everyone!
This Friday, 2/16, I am going to bird at Stewart Park duck ponds at 9:30 am
if you would like to join me. I much prefer birding in a group, so if this
works for you it would be great to have you along to help find and identify
the birds!
It is also the 1st day of the 21st annual Great Backyard Bird Count, Feb.
16-18th, and I will be recording our findings on ebird. For more
information about the Great Backyard Bird Count and how you can participate
in your own backyard or favorite birding spot go to: umpquaaudubon.org.
The Stewart Park duck ponds are just west of Fred Meyer in Roseburg. From
Garden Valley Blvd go south on NW Goetz St. We will meet in the south end
of the parking lot.
