[UHNA] formation of Middle Riddle block watch

Hi, to everyone living on Riddle Road between Marshall and Deckebach,
What would we need to do to:
(1) form a block watch group for those living on Riddle Road between
Marshall and Deckebach?
(2) get a couple of crime-alert city signs installed on Riddle Road
between Marshall and Deckebach?
(3) get crime-alert stickers for our homes' doors?
I have limited the block watch area because, as I understand it, a high
percentage of residents have to sign a request to the city to get all of the
above accomplished and this is almost impossible to achieve with areas with
lots of apartments. The area between Marshall and Deckebach includes no
apartment buildings. Then, if we can accomplish all our goals for this area
of Riddle, we can expand up and down and beyond Riddle.
