many thanks for your email and attachment. Are you/Is UniBo going to provide
a common template for your second bullet point (letter of HEIs) as discussed
in the meeting? Would be nice.
Additionally, your final paragraph on the further steps concerning the
UGT-course material has to be merged/adjusted with Emmanuel's minutes, which
he sent around just before. This morning we discussed several scenarios,
which have to be prioritized after checking accessible funding for the
course adjustment/tutoring/etc.

Dear all,
please find enclosed the UrbanGreenTrain exploitation plan, based on Tuesday
meetings.
My suggestion now is that we follow the next steps:
1) Emmanuel integrate the text with the minutes of the last morning of
meeting (deadline next Monday July 17th);
2) Giorgio, Emmanuel, Henk/Femke and Wolf/Bernd integrate the comments
included and prepare/request the commitment letters and send the text to me
and the letters to me and Francesca (deadline end of July);
3) Everyone check the text and propose changes/amendments (deadline
August 10th).
