[ueb-ed] Inconsistency in Table layout in Using UEB for Mathematics

Hi everyone,

Page 45 - Handling data.
The example given has 3 column headings but dot 5 is extended beyond column 1 
and 2 - this is not replicated on Page 64 - the gap is 2 cells which I believe 
is the correct format, with dot 5's finishing in line with the heading 
'boundary'?
