[uae] OS X configuration editor updated

Hi-Toro 0.2.4 (OS X configuration editor for E-UAE) is now available.
Changes:
- Added a welcome to screen to explain how to change floppy disks in
E-UAE.
- Fixed a bug that caused a file selected in an open panel to be opened
even if the Cancel button was pressed.
- Added custom icon for Amiga disk files.
- Changes to the Finder open handler: only files with a .uaerc suffix
will be opened by Hi-Toro.
- Changes to the application launch handler: if Hi-Toro has been
invoked from the Finder and told to open a file it will not load the
default configuration first.
