[uae] Keyboard settings

Hello,
I have here a linux machine with a Belgian keyboard. The problem is that
some keys are not working under UAE. I remember this has been discussed
before on this list but could find it back.
This is an azerty keyboard and the whole row above the letter with the
numbers is not working.
I tried to specify kbd_lang as be but that is not recognized. Also
setting it to fr (french) does not solve the problem.
What is the best setting for this keyboard ?
