[uae] GTK-GUI does not work(?), P-UAE aborts

Hello List and Mustafa,
First: BIG thank you for further UAE development for other plattforms
than Windows. It was about time, that someone did this. Great! :) E-UAE
is getting older and older (but is still great software IMO).
I follow this list and P-UAE from time to time since last year's end.
Now I decided to try the latest snapshot that Mustafa provided today.
I had no problems with compiling and installing P-UAE. Unfortunately it
crashes on my Debian Lenny/Stable (x86) machine.
It displays some message box with information about missing kick.rom and
activating some emulation and missing floppy disk . I guess that it
tries to open the configuration GUI after this. But then it crashes with
the following messages on the command line:
(UAE:12421): GLib-WARNING **: g_main_context_prepare(): main loop
already active in another thread

"Abgebrochen" means aborted.
Here are my configure options:
./configure --enable-jit --with-sdl --with-sdl-gl --with-alsa
I noticed no obvious problems during compiling.
I would appreciate if anyone could help me with this. :-)
