Greetings and thank you for all of the alerts/reports!
Starting today and through next week, there will be additional traffic along my
Duval Rd lot line.: trailers and a chipper.
The chipper is expected next week, most likely Tues. I hope that the symphony
is not too irritating!!! It should be for one day or two half days.
Happy New Year!

Good evening all,
Below you will find a note I received earlier this evening from Ian, our
contractor, who asked me to forward it to all of you in the interest of the
security of everyone’s homes and property.
"Today, Wednesday, December 30, 2020, one of my subcontractors was working
on the construction site at 269 Duval Road. Two 'guys' drove up the
driveway to the house site. My sub, Robert Medina, asked them what they
were doing, to which they replied evasively that they were looking for the
end-of-the- Turley Mill Road, but could not quantify their reason for being
there any further when asked more questions by Robert. Robert says, they
were driving a white Ford 4 wheel drive pickup truck, late 90's or early
2000s model. He says, he does not know them but he knows of these guys;
there is an associate that he believes drives a red Toyota pickup truck.
Basically they are scouting out for job-site rip-off. Please be aware of
them and that that kind of scouting can spill over into homes. We have
taken precautions at the site to secure tools and block the driveway. Best,
Ian”
Our driveway has been cabled off until a proper gate is installed. We hope
that will deter any interest in our site and Turley Mill.
Have a lovely and joyous New Year,
Mala
