Steve,
That's an impressive rattler--and not a smart one to give up any protective
camouflage.
I thought the age-old question involved why chickens cross the road.
The Rosenbergs are doing progressively better--me a bit closer to full strength
than Diane.
My first year of retirement is about over. Hopefully, the second year will be
less taken up with health issues,
allowing more time for more pleasant things like parachuting or at least bungee
jumping.
We're in the final planning stage for our long-awaited trip to Taos. We plan
to arrive around August 1
and stay for a month or a bit more. I know what you're thinking: you'll
believe it when you see my shiny blue eyes.
Rick Atkinson's first book of his trilogy about the Revolutionary War is out,
and being positively reviewed.
I intend to start it as soon as I finish "Rush". He was a prominent physician,
and signer of the Declaration
of Independence. He also had a familial mood disorder--probably Bipolar.
How about a catch-up note from you? Regards to Sheree from both of us.
Lee
