Karen, have you heard of a female pilot born in 1909 named Aline Rhonie
Hofheimer? We will have a pastel/watercolor by her in the Art of Wine.
She studied mural painting with Diego Rivera and painted a 126' long mural
at Roosevelt Field, Long Island. The painting we have is of early planes
in a row against a backdrop of mountains. Very inexpensive but really
cool.
