Thanks for your response to my slow problem,
I have been using Spybot, but was not aware of the "immunize" option, I have
implemented it.
There was a recent article about Spybot in the newspaper (I think it was the
WSJ). I was amazed
that only 1% of the users contribute (I have).
My problem is fixed. It seems that the new AT&T ISP software didn't like my
old modems software.
I tried to update the drivers, but couldn't find any that worked. Bought a
new modem, now works great!
