Wow, Bonnie! Sounds exciting. I just went to you tube and found a vlog of a
teacher in her mid 20s who went from Great Britain to Kuwait. Her blog and
channel may be helpful to you. After watching her video after 1 month there, I
thought I'd probably never want to cross a street or drive there! My classes
were completed a couple weeks ago. I need to finish my application to begin a
final research project. Hoping to be done by September! Pam

don't have to evacuate before you're settled in!!

Wow, Bonnie! Thank you for the update! I'm excited for you, too, and for those
God is moving into your sphere.
We have been praying through Ramadan that God would use this time to open eyes
to Him. We were greatly encouraged a couple of weeks ago by a man who runs an
organization to train national pastors. He said that in the upheavals and
refugee movements Christ is showing Himself powerful and many Muslims are
coming to Him. They are scrambling to train pastors because the converts are
coming so quickly.
Praying that God will give you baby believers to help train up as you go along
your way, Bonnie.
Love you, too!Carrie

Hafa adai Ladies!
Pam, how is your class going? Are you finishing strong or just finishing? :)
I got to the point where I just needed to finish.
I have 9 days left on Guam. I leave the first of June for Bahrain for a few
days of training and then on to Kuwait. Yes, you read that correctly....I am
going to Kuwait instead of Djibouti. My supervisor there asked me the Thursday
before commencement here if I would consider going to Kuwait instead. The base
there is busier and they want to make sure that I'm not bored. :)
I am getting more and more excited about what the Lord has for me. I don't
know what it is but I do know that it will be better than I could ask or think!
Praying for you all as you move into the summer time and the change of schedule
that often brings. :)
Love you all!BBayless
