So I had never heard of this whole thing. But it's quite fascinating. I
just listened to the first podcast in the Annie Downs series, and I'm very
curious to hear the rest. I just looked up a very brief overview of each of
the numbers and I have no idea which one I am. So I need to listen to them
all get developed more! :)
I had to deal with a huge conflict between my two interns last week; a lot
of it was due to personality differences, but their sin nature definitely
contributed! I felt like I was having a flashback to my days as a girls'
dorm sup. Thankfully with the Lord's help we worked through it, and they
made peace with each other. And one just left today because her internship
is over. But I realize now that I did ask them things like "How do you feel
about her?" and "What should you do?" so now I see that those were very
good questions. (That was God's grace because I totally had no idea what to
do.)

The enneagram is very complex. I’m always learning new things.
I’ve listened to Typology and other podcasts that have episodes about the
enneagram. It’s becoming more well-known. Suzanne Stabile, an expert in the
enneagram, has her own podcast too.
I use Overcast and am always trying new podcasts depending on what I’m
into at the time. :-)

they make some of their decisions based upon common fears or strengths they
have. I think it could be a great tool for counseling, marriage, parenting,
or other relationships. The nice part is that this podcast keeps bringing
up that it's on a continuum, so you could be a 5 and "wing" 4 or 6. It
doesn't necessarily box you in, but it's still helpful for others to see
how you tick especially if conflict is happening and vice versa. I've been
