Tor website is also blocked in China but sending an email would work.

However, most of the bridges you get would be "one-off". I don't
really know what's happening but seems the great firewall will
automatically detect and block relays.

Once you are successfully connected to Tor network and downloaded the
relay info. Before the current relay info expires, you no longer need
a bridge and direct connections would work perfectly.
