[tor] FYI: 20 MB/s Tor traffic, first three abuse cases

Hi,
As you can see on http://us1.torservers.net/ , we're currently pumping
nearly 20 MB/s in both directions. It looks like it's still rising, I'll
keep an eye on it and try to tweak and optimize here and there so we can
reach the target of 39MB/s.
Also, I have received three abuse complaints by MediaSentry about
torrent sharing. I have answered within a few minutes and CCed the abuse
department of 100TB.com, so all good. Let's hope it stays that way once
they get flooded by more complaints...
