GB64 is great - but I prefer the C64 Scene Database.

Lemon doesn't have game downloads, unfortunately (it used to).

Gamebase64 is the best option these days - they're mostly T64 instead of D64 though (those wacky Euros!). Plus it has a nice interface for searching by genre, publisher, etc.
