[torontocbm] Commodore 1701 monitor loss of colour

Hello everyone, I dont use my 1701 much but I noticed that the last time I
tried to use it that it was no longer displaying bright colours. I tried
adjusting the knobs but I sorta only get greyish image. Has my trusty old
1701 finally retired or is there any way to fix it. Thanks.
