Hi Merrill,
 While it does look good I can see hair and stuff wrapped around the steel pin 
in your third pic. That little bit of gunk will cause a mouse to do weird 
things.

Pop the pins out of their holders (very carefully), Clean all that stuff off 
and I bet you a beer, it will work like new!
