Jean, I don't have time to do a thorough search but I'd check Gray Half Spot (Nedra ramosula) #9582 for your second pic and I'm thinking something in the Leucania genus for your first pic--Leucania can be a difficult genus in the best of conditions but that's where I'm leaning.
