I seriously doubt the caterpillars survived, they would have crawled off the 
sheet onto the concrete patio. Not a lot to eat there! Do you have cattle or 
horses?

I wouldn't mind if you killed them although I don't expect you to. Armyworms 
have had a devastating effect on the hay growers in this area and my business 
relies heavily on hay!.

I had an Armyworm moth lay eggs on my sheet in July. I left them on the sheet 
and they hatched.

I am still getting new moths every night.  Usually between 15 and 30 species 
with anywhere from 3 to 5 new ones each evening.  I thought tonights were 
especially nice.  The Tolype flew around for a while then landed.  When I went 
back out she had started laying eggs, I think??  Has any one else had this 
happen?
