Ken I put your photos on my favorites. There are some I question. The only Nycteola we have in Kentucky is the 8975 Nycteola frigidana your photos look like it. believe you have a 4936 Dogbane Saucroboty's Moth. 4699 instead of 4698 and you have 4944 Crocidophora serratissimalis. It's a little messy because about half way through I got tired of removing the Hodges # from the middle of the name so many will have the number at the beginning and in the middle. :-) Ken Childs Henderson, TN Chester County http://www.finishflagfarms.com From: J. All the ones I'm familiar with are correctly identified. My only comment (and it certainly is not meant to be a criticism) is I'd find it easier to locate species if they were arranged by Hodges number; don't know how easy or hard it is to re-arrange photos on photobucket. I've been trying to identify as many as possible this year by myself which means that errors are very likely. :-) http://s128.photobucket.com/albums/p193/kjchilds/Moths%202011/?start=all Ken Childs Henderson, TN Chester County http://www.finishflagfarms.com -- J.
