This afternoon (7-11-2010) I spent a short time at Melton Hill Park in northwest Knox County. Highlight there were 2 Hoary Edges in a grassy field. That's the most of that species I've seen at one time. Not much of a record, but I don't see these skippers very often. A possible Wild Indigo Duskywing was also there, along with a few other common species. David Trently Avian Pursuits Nature Tours ...come see the real world! Knoxville, TN http://avianpursuits.com/
