[TN-Butterflies] FOY for Union Co

April 4, 2010, at Big Ridge State Park in Union Co., 11:20-12:20 EDT, 73F.

1. Five Falcate Orangetips (photo of mated pair). FOY for Union Co. The pair in 
the photo remained perched side-by-side while mating, which is a position I 
hadn't seen before.  Another male was occasionally battering them from above.  
All of them were ignoring a nearby patch of Bluets.  (Thanks to everyone who 
identified the Bluets on Friday.)

2. Ten Azure sp. (no photo).  FOY for Union Co.

3. One Eastern Tiger Swallowtail (no photo).  FOY for Union Co.
