Thanks Daniel, I looked at that as well and just wasn't sure if that was  what 
I was seeing or not. Agree with you though, I think you meant to say more 
likely to see a slicked-down Lesser with a tuft??

The only thing I'll add to what Mike said is that this bird seems to have a 
little bit of a tuft at the back of its crown. I feel like you'd be much more 
likely to see a slicked-down Lesser without a tuft than a Greater that somehow 
got its feathers to make a tuft.

So consider this another vote for Lesser :-)
