[TN-Bird] Re: squirrel shortage

I live about a mile from Carole and can report that the hickories
and oaks in our woods put out an incredible mast crop this year
that has kept our 10-15 resident squirrels and 3-4 chipmunks
quite busy and away from our feeders as well.  Even the suet
feeder nailed to the tree has been left for the sapsuckers to
enjoy in peace.
