[TN-Bird] parking at the Knoxville Zoo for the TOS meeting

This weekend, there is a large car show at Chilhowee Park, which is adjacent
to the Knoxville Zoo. At the entrance to Zoo Drive, there will probably be
people collecting money for parking and police directing traffic. If you
encounter this, tell them that you are attending the bird meeting at the
Zoo. We're already verified that YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO PAY TO PARK AT THE
ZOO. If you end up meeting with someone who is out of the loop, just ask
them to call up to the Ranger Station for verification.
Handicap parking is located right by the zoo. If handicap parking is full,
you can park along the curb before the Ranger Station.

If you arrive at the zoo early in the day Saturday, parking near the zoo may
be full; in that case, there is a trolley to convey you up to the zoo.
