Radnor Lake State Natural Area Davidson Co., TN 2014 May 6 On Tuesday morning I walked from the Radnor west parking lot to Long Bridge and then retraced my steps. There were several new Radnor birds for me today. As Richard Connors has already reported I found a WILSON'S WARBLER at the dam. It was a male but not singing while I was there. Other migrants of particular interest were a LINCOLN'S SPARROW just up the trail from the west parking lot, certainly not where I was expecting to see one, and a calling YELLOW-BELLIED FLYCATCHER at Long Bridge was seen, which is where they are usually found at Radnor Lake. NO Mourning or Connecticut Warblers were found today.
