My take on it is Sharp-shinned trying to do a Cooper’s impression. (There
were several present at the DRU this morning).
I think I’m seeing a small head projection, square looking tail that’s
proportionally shorter than that of Cooper’s. The bird itself also looks
light weight.

a Sharp-shinned hawk. We would appreciate input.
