[TN-Bird] bank swallows, cattle egrets

The first week of August I have to expect migrating Bank swallows in
Franklin and Coffee counties. Today there were at least two Banks in a
group of 25 or so Rough-wingeds at the boat landing near the old Franklin
county park site (on the opposite side of the lake from the Space center,
and off of TN 279). Nearby Little Elder Island, viewed from an obvious
pull-off on 279, had 23 Cattle egrets sitting on or very near the
"boat-port" duck blind. (p. 22 DeLorme at B4).
