I saw that goose at Radnor earlier this winter, and according to Ranger LeslieAnn R., it has been there a while. She said Ranger Randy Hedgepath named him Crazy Charlie, apparently he gets crazy come breeding and nesting time. His heritage may not be all wild stock.
