Kingsport Birding Trail - Greenbelt
Behind Food City
Sullivan County, TN

At lunch today I found eleven Yellow-crowned Night-Herons at the rookery
site commonly referred to as behind Food City. Three nests are visible two
with sitting birds and a standing bird on the third. Other birds were on
nearby branches and trees. Eight birds were counted on Monday April 4, 2016
by myself and Bill Grigsby.
