I had a nice warbler flock in my Perry County yard this morning around 7
a.m., with several first of the season species as well as some hard to find
local residents.
Two YELLOW-BELLIED FLYCATCHERs is also a high count for my yard. Both
juveniles with buffy wingbars, one was seen and heard calling at close
range, the other was not with the first, but in a wild grape tangle on the
opposite side of the yard. (I'm 95% sure of the second birds ID.)
A SWAINSON'S THRUSH (FOS) was also found after it was heard singing at
the yard's edge.
