One of my favorite places to bird each spring is from the 3rd floor window facing Walnut Street from the UnumProvident building in downtown Chattanooga, TN . The building is surrounded on three sides by tall oaks. It seems to be a favorite place for migrating passerines. Earlier today I observed a beautiful male Yellow- Throated Warbler searching for insects in the oaks. I saw a Black and White Warbler in the trees last week and have been seeing several Yellow-Rumped Warblers. J.
