Wow. Saw this on the local news after getting back in town late Sunday and wondered if anyone had mentioned this. For those who may not have caught on, the dike that collapsed is one of those containing the ash pits at Kingston Steam Plant in Roane Co, TN... a very popular birding spot. It will be interesting to see how this will affect management there and access to the area. (Not to take away of course from the losses suffered by those families).
