There is an adult male White-winged scoter in west Knox county at 1 pm on
1/27/2016. If you take chandler road(off Northshore a mile or so east of
concord boat ramp) into a new housing development area there is one road that
goes to the left down to a dead end culvasac. From there the bird is directly
downstream in the last little cove you can see on the same side of the river.
My ebird report will show the location I spotted it from. This street is not
showing up in google maps yet
