[TN-Bird] White Tail Hawk

My husband and I got an up close and personal look at a white tail hawk, 
between Bowling Green and Franklin, KY. The bird was hunting very low to the 
ground and flew at our eye level (in our car) just ahead of us for a hundred 
yards or so. Neither of us had ever seen such hawk, and I had to look around on 
the Internet to identify. A rare one for this area, I would think. What a treat!
