[TN-Bird] Whigg Meadow Directions?

Can someone give me VERY DETAILED driving directions to Whigg Meadow from 
Sweetwater?

Two years ago I went up, and after I got off of 143 (Cherohala Skyway) I got 
lost driving around Forest Service roads.   Never found it.   :-0
