[TN-Bird] Western kingbirds at Ensley Bottoms

Today at the pits: 7 western kingbirds total. Four were fledglings and were 
being fed by their parents. There was another adult farther down on the power 
line they were on. They were seen on the road that connects the dump to the T. 
E. Maxson building. Also, there were 4 least terns on the TVA lake.
