[TN-Bird] Western Grebe

Thanks to John Henderson for the quick posting and precise directions.
I arrived at the site this morning (Sunday,12/22) at dawn. I saw the
Western Grebe at 9:50 a.m. EST. It was between the two stone channel markers
approx. 2/3 of the way out.
