[TN-Bird] Warbler I.D.; Unusual perspective

The bird below was a window strike at a friend's home in the north Georgia mts. 
(today)
It later recovered and flew away.  For a bander, this might be a piece of cake, 
but I seldom see warblers from this perspective.  I tentatively called it a 
bay-breasted, although it seems early for that species.  My second choice is 
chestnut-sided.

Can someone render a positive I.D.?  Thanks,
