Friday morning I made another brief stop at the marsh on Walter S. Davis
Blvd. Once again there was a single adult YELLOW-CROWNED NIGHT-HERON
searching the vanishing lake for breakfast. It showed several nice
breeding plumage plumes as it slowly walked through the water.
