The water in the marsh has substantially decreased over the past
several weeks. Much to late for the major shorebird migration but
yesterday, Monday, I had 4 WILSON'S SNIPE and this Tuesday morning
they brought their friends, and I saw 10, easily visible as they
tested the ground for food in the mud and shallow water.
