This overcast Friday morning I stopped again at the marsh and brought
my camera along. Although I did not find the gallinule when I stopped
after work yesterday, this morning the COMMON GALLINULE was in the
same general area as yesterday and stayed visible for over 20 minutes
while it fed. Thus, I was able to get a few distant photos of the bird.
