I just found the Virginia's, it's on the back side of the railroad tracks.
Here's the GPS, no one else has seen it, and I don't know anyone to get the
location out.

On Saturday, Jan 19 - Bambi Fincher and Sherri Quillen located and
photographed a Virginia's Warbler along the portion of the Greenbelt on
Netherland Inn Rd / South Holston River under the I-26 bridge. The bridge is
next to Riverfront Restaurant. It has been found under the bridge in the
scrub and various places downstream to just beyond the pedestrian swinging
bridge. It has also been located on the other side of the river near the
swinging bridge. It has been see all day (1/22) today by various birders. It
doesn't seem to mind the bitter cold weather we've had over the holiday
weekend and hopefully will be around awhile for others to come in and see.
As many birders have already been there to look for the rare visitor, a
number of other warblers have been found as well: Yellow-rumped,
Orange-crowned, Palm, Nashville, Cape May, Prairie, Pine, Yellow, Northern
Parula, and Common Yellowthroat. Such a list would be a given in the spring!
Also A Lincoln's Sparrow, Fish Crow, and Blue-gray Gnatcatcher has been also
located.

Riverfront Restaurant, Kingsport, TN to your favorite map App and it follow
it to the parking area (next to the parking lot for the restaurant).
