Cocke & Jefferson counties French Broad River/Douglas Lake We decided to take advantage of sunshine and a strong current to float a canoe downstream from the Leadvale boat ramp through the 10 Islands area to Walters Bridge yesterday from 3:00 to 5:00 PM. Douglas Reservoir elevation was 958.4, so we didn't reach still water. There were decent mudflats, relatively few species.
