April 16, 2009 Haywood Co. TN Today, while driving Highway 222 in Haywood Co, just north of I-40, I saw a head sticking up out of the tall grass far out in a huge field. It looked right for an Upland so I turned around and sat for a while. Eventually a head popped up and then another and another. I ended with a total of four Uplands watching me, watching them. This is the second year I've lucked up on Uplands in Haywood Co. Good Birding !!! Jeff R.
